Is Kaja the Wry good?
A Banner Lords support with a strong team revive and cleanse, and a lot more power once 
Timit the Fool joins her. Back with a Bang revives every fallen ally at half HP and Turn Meter with C.RATE and C.DMG buffs, and Royal Flush fills Turn Meters, removes two debuffs from each ally and adds Block Debuffs.
With Timit on the team the revive brings allies back at full HP and Turn Meter and fires his True Fear skill to cover them, Royal Flush becomes a full cleanse, and her passive Turn Meter protection becomes full immunity. Arena is where she's strongest, and dungeons are her weakest area.

Back With A Bang
Ability 2 · Cooldown 6 turnsRevives all dead allies with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter, then places a 30% Increase C.RATE buff and a 30% Increase C.DMG buff on them for 2 turns. If Timit the Fool is on the same team and dead, revives them with full HP and a full Turn Meter. If Timit the Fool is on the same team and alive, resets the cooldown and instantly activates their Kegs of Dread skill. Lvl. 2: Cooldown -1 Lvl. 3: Cooldown -1
Royal Flush
Ability 3 · Cooldown 5 turnsFills the Turn Meter of all allies by 20%. Also removes two random debuffs from each ally. If Timit the Fool is on the same team, removes all debuffs from all allies. Then, places a Block Debuffs buff on all allies for 1 turn. Lvl. 2: Cooldown -1 Lvl. 3: Cooldown -1
Dynamic Duo
PassiveAll Turn Meter reduction effects are decreased by 50% when used against this Champion. If Timit the Fool is on the same team, this Champion is immune to Turn Meter reduction effects. If an enemy tries to decrease this Champion’s Turn Meter when Timit the Fool is on the same team, fills this Champion’s Turn Meter by the same percentage instead.
