Is Abyssal good?
The Demonspawn Rare famous as the sacrifice needed to fuse 
Astralon, and a solid Faction Wars support in his own right. Wards of Madness gives every ally Increase DEF and Increase ATK at once, unusual for a Rare even in the small versions, Abyssal Renewal heals the whole team, and Void Gaze is an AoE with a Block Buffs chance that suits Stun or Provoke sets for wave control.
He's also an option for Rare secret rooms in Doom 
Tower or entry-level Hydra.
