Is Tolf the Maimed good?
A very niche Orcs epic built to handle one tough target. None of his hits can crit, so you can skip C.RATE and C.DMG, and Cut Wide Open drops a non-boss target straight to half HP with pure damage, or Stuns them if they're already below that. Against bosses his damage scales off MAX HP instead, and his passive halves enemy Shields and adds what it strips to his own MAX HP.
That gives him a use against a single problem enemy in Arena or Doom 
Tower and some solo potential in Shogun's Grove, but he rarely makes a core team.
