Is Urogrim good?

A poison support who still does a solid job in Dragon and Clan Boss after his Patch 4.70 nerfs. Bizarre Vapors poisons every enemy three times and gives the team Continuous Heals, Skullstaff adds more Poison chances, and Tiny Tincture fully cleanses and heals one ally.

That cleanse only covers one ally, which is fine for healing in Spider or cleansing in Clan Boss but harder to use elsewhere. His Speed Aura works in every battle, which is a big help for early and mid-game accounts; Arena and Chimera are his weak spots.
