Is Ursala the Mourner good?
A Banner Lords Epic with one of the best full-team revives at her rarity. Requiem brings back every fallen ally with 75% HP, half a Turn Meter, Increase DEF and Strengthen, and Waves of Grief lands AoE Decrease ATK while giving the team Increase ATK. She's a great carry in Doom 
Tower and solid everywhere else.
