Is Visix the Unbowed good?

A login reward Legendary who went from a joke to a strong control support after her buff. Once fully booked she has an AoE Decrease SPD on a three-turn cooldown, great for Hydra and Doom Tower, and one of the best A1 Turn Meter controls around, which keeps the Dark Fae and Fire Knight from acting.

She also brings AoE Provoke, useful against the Head of Decay and Kuldath the Magma Dragon, and a two-turn team Ally Protection for Clan Boss teams that don't use Unkillable or Block Damage.
