Is Weregren Suncursed good?

A Skinwalker single-target attacker from the Gnut fusion who picks off weakened enemies. Terror Assault hits one enemy three times through Shields, and if it kills, it places True Fear on every enemy, very handy in wave content as long as you have the Accuracy.

His passive adds damage against enemies with less current HP than him, Vitality Feast trades HP levels with a target and grants an extra turn, and Bestial Leap can steal buffs. That makes him strong in Arena and for cutting through Faction Wars.
