Is Yncensa Grail-bearer good?
A Sylvan Watchers support who can put Weaken and Decrease DEF on every enemy, straight through Block Debuffs. Malignant Growth hits all enemies and lands both debuffs even through Block Debuffs, which answers 
Duchess in Arena or buffs stolen by Head of Mischief. She's the first champion able to give allies Poison Cloud, which turns incoming attacks into weak hits (HP Burn cancels it), and pairing that with buff extenders is nasty.
Her A2 gives its targets Increase SPD, two Continuous Heals and a big Turn Meter fill; Chimera and Arena are her best areas, and she's strong in Hydra too.
