Is Willow good?
Willow is a 6-star Plant carry and the second pillar of Poison teams: her Hag's Bane is a Poison-type debuff that stacks and grows its own damage each round, giving huge damage per turn in long fights, perhaps the only carry near 
Windsong's output.
She deals mostly Genesis damage that bypasses defenses and mostly unsourced damage that ignores counters and ripostes. She relies heavily on 
Tuesday letting Poison crit and is very AP-negative during her Ancient Ritual channel.

PAGENAME (笃笃骨) (Real name: Charlotte O'Hagan) is a Plant Arcanist in Reverse: 1999.
She was introduced in the Chronicles of Uluru: London Dawning event alongside Brimley and Flutterpage in Version 2.3.
The abandoned garden, dusty windowsills, broken furniture, and the witch herself with her peculiar demeanor—all fit perfectly with the eerie stereotype.
