Is Son Kihoon good?
Son Kihoon changes his own buffs depending on whether the enemy still has a Break Gauge up, and his first basic skill drops a debuff zone onto the battlefield that weakens enemies caught in it. Tagging him out hands any 
Dark Striker teammate a buff that lets them deal Break damage of their own, and either of his basic skills can trigger his core attack for an instant burst of Break damage.
He's built specifically to support a Dark-attribute team rather than carry on his own.
