Is Diana good?

Diana turns discarding into damage. Her Quietus cards create Heart Bullets and spread Resonance for free when discarded, and every discard after that fires Extra Attacks at each Resonance target. Flutter stacks built over the turn power a closing Extra Attack at turn end, which suits long fights against tough enemies.

She's A tier on our list, but she needs discards and draws flowing every turn, and with Flutter resetting every turn, a poor hand hurts her more than most.
