Is Mei Lin good?

Mei Lin's single-target damage is among the best we rank, and it peaks against Ravaged enemies, where Flame Dragon's Sovereignty always crits. Her Flame Dragon's Jewel makes enemies weak to Passion, and Rising Dragon Spire gains a hit for every Passion card played that turn, so all-Passion teams with Veronica or Selena come naturally.
