Is Selena good?
Selena backs up other attackers. Her Marks fire an Extra Attack whenever anyone on the team attacks, and with the right epiphanies she marks every enemy each turn and adds Coordinated damage to any Passion attack. That makes her a great partner for 
Mei Lin, for 
Heidemarie's Sword Rain, and for 
Sereniel, whose Ravage loop gains from her Tactical Maneuver refilling enemy Tenacity.
Her Potential also gives her normal attacks Piercing damage against shielded foes.
