Is Orlea good?

Orlea's Creation cards work just by sitting in her hand, so keeping Toughie retained heals every turn without even playing it. That trick also grows her hand size easily, pairing well with characters like Rin whose effects scale off card count, though her retain effects stay modest enough that she's not reliably strong as either a dedicated attacker or healer.

Any Creation cards she's holding get sent back to the deck if she suffers a Mental Breakdown, so keeping her stress in check matters.
