Is Chaos Inquisitor good?
Chaos Inquisitor's reworked third skill can trigger his first to strip enemy buffs, and he can be built with very little Health while still dealing solid chip damage over time, sustaining himself through his third skill along the way. He doesn't hit especially hard on his own, but he's annoying to face thanks to that buff-stripping, and pairing him with a healer keeps him above the threshold his passive needs.
We rate him D. He can't be one-shot outright, but stacked bleeds or burns will still bring him down, and he tanks 
Krau's third skill or heavy ice hits reasonably well.
