Is Commander Lorina good?
Commander Lorina gets stronger the longer a fight drags on, her Attack climbing with every attack she lands up to a cap, and her basic skill heals her based on that same Attack stat, letting her stay in the fight safely. Her whole kit opens up further once her Effect Resistance crosses a high threshold, which her own Skill 2 passive helps reach permanently, unlocking a Skill 3 that pierces half the target's Defense and caps how much damage she can take from a single hit.
That resistance-stacking payoff is a lot of setup for a D-tier hero though.
