Is Kise good?
A pure damage Ice thief. Nocturne hits hard off her current Health and puts her in Stealth, and while stealthed, Dark Scar hits every enemy and ignores 60% of their Defense; her basic attack deals 70% more to buffed targets.
She's good against Barriers and in Wyvern Hunt, and in PvP she can push back enemy cooldowns. S tier for us.
