Seaside Bellona builds toward a Focus stack every time one of her allies takes a hit, and once she banks five of them, she fires back automatically with an attack that hits every enemy and saps their defense, turning the punishment she absorbs into team-wide offense. She also shaves a chunk off her own incoming damage for each ally still standing, so the healthier the squad, the tougher she gets.

Her ultimate wipes every buff from the enemy side and locks them out of both buffs and healing afterward, cutting off enemy sustain entirely, which makes her a strong pick for the Wyvern Hunt and other tough PvE content.

Bellona has come to Reingar to help Karin and the Public Security Club cope with the influx of summer visitors.

Although she claims she's here to watch over Sez, it seems that her true goal is to relax in the resort.

Lore

In Welcome to Oasis Land, Seaside Bellona appears only briefly during the story’s celebratory closing phase, after Oasis Land has already been restored and reopened.

She does not participate in the central conflict involving Frida, the Pfalz family, or the effort to revive the park, but instead appears as one of the visitors enjoying the restored attraction.

Her short scene takes place in the beach area, where Sez hands her a drink.

Seaside Bellona thanks him and remarks that, while the rest of the continent is freezing cold, Oasis Land is so warm and temperate that it is no wonder people call Lefundos the home of magic.

Through this small exchange, the story uses her to highlight one of the park’s most impressive qualities as a destination: the magical climate control that makes its seaside atmosphere possible even in a cold region.

Taken as a whole, Seaside Bellona has no independent character arc in Welcome to Oasis Land.

Her cameo functions as part of the reopening montage, helping show that the restored park has become a lively and appealing summer destination once again.
