Is Fallen Takumi good?
Fallen Takumi spreads chip damage across the map and flips enemy buffs into penalties on turns two and three, and his refine adds more stats and damage on top of that. Fury 3 rounds out his stat line for both phases, while Spd Smoke 3 keeps hitting nearby foes with a Speed penalty after he fights.
