Is Nina good?
Nina's weapon adds flat bonus damage whenever a foe's Def outweighs their Res, and Spd/Res Link 3 buffs both her and whoever she repositions with Draw Back. Bow Valor 3 also doubles skill point gain for every bow user on her team, and the weapon refine throws in a bigger stat boost with a small heal.
