Is Ninja Lyn good?

Ninja Lyn's refined weapon attacks twice per combat, adds a stat boost plus true damage scaled to her Speed, and inflicts a stat penalty on nearby foes along with a damage-reduction shred and guaranteed follow-ups within three spaces. As one of the earliest Duo Heroes, she can also refresh her own turn with her Duo Skill, letting her act twice in a map phase.

All of that offense comes at a cost: her own weapon lowers her Def and Res further, so she's fragile against almost anything that reaches her, and bows hit her especially hard as a flying unit. She's an S tier pick built around a budget-friendly refined kit.
