Is Legendary Alm good?

Legendary Alm deals bonus damage based on a quarter of the foe's Def on top of his normal attack, and his special adds even more damage scaled off his own Speed. He also shuts down enemy follow-up attacks outright, which is a big part of why he's held an S tier spot for so long.

He's still not invincible and can take real damage if a fight drags on without support.
