Is Katas good?

A starter DPS whose single-target card stuns and draws her Ultimate from the deck or discard, and that Ultimate hits every enemy in range. At Resonance 4 she can generate a second, massive AoE Ultimate, and one card generates 5 cost; leading with her cuts her Ultimate costs.

She's great for pushing early content, but needs Resonance 4, newer DPS outclass her, and her Ultimate draws can be random.
