Is Mumei good?

A Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress collab DPS with all-Red cards, so Red card affixes work well on her. Butterfly Dance hits six times with an Ignite chance, Ghost Dance lowers ATK and DEF and applies Injure, and her Ultimate gives multi-hit AoE, while dodging generates cost.

She uses Rend and Slash for extra hits. She has no self-sustain before Awakening 2.
