Is Suen good?

A healer who spends her own HP: Neotune spends a slice of her current HP to add a team heal to her basic attacks, sometimes creating Shadowcraft, and Old Chapter buffs one ally's card damage for the same price, one of the strongest single-ally buffs.

Her Ultimate gives big healing, a cleanse and damage over time. She fits most teams, Ignite and Shadowcraft ones best, but is fragile and her buff helps less against crowds.
