Exploration Day and Its Specialties

Valley IV Exploration Day is approaching.

While assigning jobs to the crew, we realized that we don't have people to make every specialty dish.

For the crew mates who were raised in Valley IV, they grew up with stories told by their crew mate forebears.

Whenever the day arrives, we'll have specialty food everywhere. The children would sit around the veterans and listen to stories of Valley surveyors and cartographers.

Although Valley IV is being rebuilt, the crew has yet to fully recover from the Landbreaker attack.

Look, the specialties are the most important part of Exploration Day. Take away the food, and the festival loses its meaning.

The celebration might not be an absolute carnival, but as long as we have the specialties, this Exploration Day will get everyone pumped and ready.

You agree? Excellent. Most of these special dishes date back to the Valley IV Era of Exploration.

They typically use Aggagrit harvested from the Aggeloi, or the Powdered Grass Seeds that many Landbreakers carry...

Exactly. And Originium Slug meat. All of them can be used to create specialties beloved by the crew.

But we don't have anyone to spare... Please help us, Endmin.

This holiday celebrates the brave pioneering crew who committed themselves to the development of Valley IV during the Era of Exploration.

We should be using Exploration Day as a morale booster, but...

I just thought about some holiday food that everybody would like. I might need your help again.

I can hardly believe this. Despite the lack of resources or people, we still got to celebrate Exploration Day. All thanks to you.

Everyone's enjoying the great food you made, Endmin. Everyone's talking about the stories that the old veterans told us when we were kids.

Now, it is our turn to tell stories to the children.

Speaking of which, Endmin, making the specialties must have been a special experience, isn't it?

The food, especially those with unusual ingredients, has sustained our hardworking pioneer crew.

The Aggeloi were everywhere, the Landbreakers wouldn't stop raiding, power outages kept happening, disasters slowed the convoys...

The pioneers could only scrape Aggagrit from the Aggeloi for seasoning. Even the coarsely powdered grass seed was considered heaven-sent.

But we got through the difficult times. A minor setback like this doesn't scare us at all.

I really appreciate your help, Endmin. Once the rebuilding is complete, I shall personally lavish a feast for you.
