Some stains are at pretty high places... We may have to do some climbing.

Of course not in a literal sense. I applied for several floating platforms. Just stand on top of them and do your thing.

What are those strange stains?

Oh dear. I knew it... It's the work of ... "Grimy Mucker"...

It's a cryptid mentioned a few episodes ago in Wild Tales of the Band. After all, strange things kept showing up in the Band recently—

The cryptid has a thing for vandalism. Like throwing mud on poor, peaceful burdenbeasts...

That's why everyone calls this cryptid the Grimy Mucker.

The stains on the Xiranite Dam must be the work of the Grimy Mucker! It's got its evil eyes on Wuling!

I say let's not trouble the watchguards. The Urban Sanitation Workers must combat the stains ourselves!

I must call my fellow Sanitation workers to watch out for such strangeness!
