Is Adlay good?
An Earth mage who gets in the enemy's way with small nuisances: a stun chance on Mana Release and an AoE nuke, Mana Seal, that can strip a buff and push back enemy cooldowns. His passive, Heroism, speeds him up a little each time a teammate gets hit, so he takes more turns in long fights.
The catch is that Mana Seal takes ages to come back and every one of those effects fails into Immunity, which is why he sits in our D tier.
