Is Basar good?
An Earth mage with a pile of AoE debuffs and control. Hurricane can lower Hit Chance and Attack on every enemy, Sandstorm strips all buffs and knocks back the whole team's Combat Readiness, and Sand Wind can pass his own debuffs onto a target.
Immune teams blunt him, and he needs a Speed set to be useful in Arena. We have him at B.
