Is Baiken good?
A single-target bleed specialist: Tatami Gaeshi and Tsurane Sanzu-watashi stack Bleeds, one of which gets past Effect Resistance, and Garyo Tensei detonates them all for a big finishing hit.
Crits on her basic attack shave a turn off her cooldowns, and a crit on the ultimate pushes the whole team forward. She's A tier for us.
