Is Festive Eda good?
Festive Eda can slip into stealth right when the fight begins and once more whenever her turn wraps up, and breaking that hidden state herself sets off a strong follow-up hit. She can also shut down the whole opposing team with a silence plus a buff-block effect, stalling their setup for a turn.
That's a solid disruption kit, though a C placement suggests it doesn't carry enough raw damage or survivability on its own to rank higher.
Strengths
- Turns invisible as the match opens and again after each of her own turns
- Ending her own stealth unleashes a powerful follow-up strike
- Locks down the whole enemy side with silence and a buff-block effect

Background
Eda is about to leave for Oasis Land, one of Lefundos's prized landmarks.
Before heading out, she goes shopping for a swimsuit and ends up purchasing a swimsuit that Solitaria picked out for her.
. . but it's too bold for her tastes.
Hwayoung / Hwayoung / Friendly: Eda feels grateful to Hwayoung for recognizing her and hopes she can change for the better if she tries harder.
Frida / Frida / Friendly: Eda sees her own past in Frida.
She tries everything to encourage Frida that better days are sure to follow.
Arunka / Arunka / Longing: Eda wonders if she could become as cool and confident as Arunka.
Choux / Choux / Friendly: Eda considers Choux her little, yet precious friend who helps her get along with the rest of the group.
Mercedes (2) / Mercedes / Friendly: Mercedes is Eda's kind and sweet friend who helped her grow.
In Welcome to Oasis Land, Festive Eda’s role begins with Eda being reluctantly asked by Schniel to accompany Arunka and Hwayoung to Oasis Land because she is one of the original wizards who designed the park and knows it better than anyone else in Lefundos.
Although Schniel praises her as the brightest wizard the Spire has ever produced and credits her with making Oasis Land possible, Eda remains painfully shy and overwhelmed by the responsibility.
During the preparations for the trip, her insecurity is emphasized even further when she struggles to choose a swimsuit and is eventually pushed into a bolder summer look by Solitaria, after which she appears as Festive Eda.
Even then, she remains embarrassed and convinced that the outfit draws too much attention to her.
Once the group reaches Oasis Land, Festive Eda shifts from comic embarrassment to emotional and technical investment in the story.
Before arriving, she fondly recalls the park’s origins, explaining that it was the dream of Liam Pfalz and speaking with unusual excitement about the magical and technological challenges involved in building it.
That enthusiasm collapses when she finds the park in ruins, its entrance decayed, the facilities dried up, and the royal subsidy apparently nowhere to be seen.
From that point onward, she becomes one of the first people to realize that the situation does not make sense, openly questioning how a park that had continued receiving palace funding and had been built with such durable magic could have deteriorated so badly.
Her knowledge also shapes the group’s understanding of the place, as she explains how the arcade and other attractions were originally designed and reacts with shock when systems that should have lasted for centuries are no longer working.
Festive Eda’s relationship with Frida becomes the emotional core of her role.
At first, she is simply unsettled by the sight of a young girl trying to manage the entire park alone, but that feeling deepens after she sees Frida’s stubborn determination, her lack of support, and her willingness to protect guests even while terrified during a monster attack.
After reading Frida’s notes for the “Oasis Land Revival Project” and reflecting on her own childhood, Festive Eda realizes that Frida reminds her of herself.
Remembering the kindness of her grandfather and the promise she made to reach out first if she ever met someone in a similar situation, she openly says that she wants to help Frida.
She insists that this is not pity, but a personal conviction born from recognizing the same loneliness and self-denial in Frida that once shaped her own life.
This leads her to become the one who most directly asks Frida to trust the group and accept their help in restoring Oasis Land.
From there, Festive Eda becomes one of the restoration’s central figures.
She uses her magic to help clean large sections of the park, investigates the source of the repeated monster attacks, and concludes that the barrier stones and other protective systems must have been tampered with deliberately, since their locations could only be found through blueprints and the spells protecting them should have prevented ordinary damage.
She reassures and comforts Frida during the restoration, encourages her to rest when she overworks herself, and remains attentive to her emotional state even when Frida still struggles to believe that such kindness could be genuine.
Later, after the truth about Aloha and the park’s operation begins to surface, Festive Eda promises to improve Oasis Land’s systems so that the park will no longer need to depend so heavily on sacrificing the familiar’s freedom and power, showing both her technical ingenuity and her moral concern for the people and creatures bound up in the park’s history.
As the story continues, Festive Eda also helps protect Frida from the dangers surrounding the park’s restoration.
When the group confronts thugs connected to the conspiracy around Oasis Land, she uses her magic to pressure them into cooperation and later decides that Frida should be shielded from the cruelest details for the time being, fearing that learning her own family has been plotting against her would shatter what little trust she has begun to build.
She also argues that security around Frida and the park should be strengthened in preparation for further attacks.
By the final phase of the story, Festive Eda remains one of the people most committed to bringing Oasis Land back to life, not only through magical knowledge and practical work, but through steadfast emotional support for Frida.
Taken as a whole, Welcome to Oasis Land presents Festive Eda as far more than simply Eda in summer clothing: this version of her embodies the story’s turning point, where her hidden warmth, painful self-awareness, and exceptional magical skill all come together in her decision to help Frida reclaim both Oasis Land and her future.
