Holiday Yufine cuts the action-gauge-decrease effect her whole team suffers in half, and once her HP sits above 50% her evasion climbs to 70%, letting her tank single-target cleaves while staying near the front. Skill 3 clears two debuffs from every ally and hands out an attack buff plus bonus action gauge, and her first skill can swap into an all-enemy attack that ignores elemental disadvantage and applies burn, so she pitches in as a sub-attacker too.
A speed-focused gear setup keeps her fast enough to bait cleaves while backing up the team with cleanses, and she sees play in both PvP and PvE despite the low placement.
