Is Belz the Reckoner good?

An Orc HP legendary who gets tougher and hits harder with every debuff he lands, since his passive stacks up to 50% extra MAX HP and C.DMG. Terra Breach spreads Leech and Block Buffs over the whole enemy team and speeds up his next turn, and Gift of Pain strips the target's buffs and turns into an AoE when that first target has Leech on it.

That pairing makes him a strong Hydra pick and a good fit for Chimera, where Leech and buff removal both matter. Dungeons are the weakest part of his game.

    Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of placing a 60% Decrease DEF debuff for 2 turns. Will ignore 5% of the target’s DEF for each debuff on them. Lvl. 2: Damage +10% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10% Lvl. 4: Damage +10% Lvl. 5: Buff/Debuff Chance +15%

  • Gift of Pain

    Ability 2 · Cooldown 4 turns

    Attacks 1 enemy. Before attacking, steals all buffs from the target. Will repeat the attack against all enemies if the initial target is under a Leech debuff. Lvl. 2: Damage +10% Lvl. 3: Damage +10% Lvl. 4: Cooldown -1

  • Terra Breach

    Ability 3 · Cooldown 4 turns

    Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a Block Buffs debuff and a Leech debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. Also fills this Champion’s Turn Meter by 5% for each debuff placed by this skill.     Passive
