Is Bovos Sharphorn good?
A progression support who raises your team's crit stats and lowers the enemy's. Brimstone Boon removes a debuff from each ally before giving everyone Increase C.RATE and Increase C.DMG, and Locus Of Diabolism puts Decrease C.RATE and Decrease C.DMG on the whole enemy team, so bosses crit less often and less painfully.
His passive heals any ally who gets critically hit, and Defiled Earth has a Decrease SPD chance. He's a solid pick for Faction Wars and PvE progression up to the mid game; Arena is his weakest mode.
