Is Branchweaver good?

A Sylvan Watchers uncommon built around speed control. Daggerleaf hits all enemies with a chance to place the small Decrease SPD, and her A1 gives Increase SPD to the ally with the most Turn Meter.

That can help in early Faction Wars, and a Stun set adds a little more control. Expect to replace her once you have better speed control.
