Is Cagebreaker good?

An Ogryn epic who has spent most of his time on the sidelines. Shatter Shell can land a strong Decrease DEF, Crunch Frenzy spreads Sleep chances across four random hits rather than a true AoE, and Burn Away hits every enemy, destroys a share of their MAX HP and grants an extra turn on a kill.

The random targeting and uneven impact keep him behind stronger Ogryn options, though his ATK Aura works in every battle.
