Is Cataphract good?
A Banner Lords rare with little utility who still makes a decent Faction Wars pick. Helmcleaver ignores the target's DEF once they're under half HP and hits very hard when that lines up, but its long cooldown makes it hard to use often. Fortify gives him Block Debuffs and Increase DEF, though only for himself.
