Is Cleopterix good?
A Skinwalkers AoE damage dealer who became a real nuker after Patch 5.30 raised her A2 and A3 damage and gave her A2 crit buffs. Sky Punishment buffs her Accuracy and puts Hex on every enemy (or Fear on anyone already Hexed), which sets up 
Thea the Tomb Angel or 
Ruel the Huntmaster, and Feather Barrage then places Block Active Skills on Hexed targets, good for locking key enemies and stopping Mythicals from switching forms.
Death Dive can Weaken and gives her Perfect Veil on a Hexed kill, and her passive counterattacks after big HP losses or whenever two allies are down. Getting Hex on first is what makes the kit work.
Pairs well with: Ruel the Huntmaster; Thea the Tomb Angel.

Countermand
