Is Crimson Helm good?

A tanky Dark Elves epic whose En Garde! gives the team Revive on Death and Increase DEF, which makes her good for solo strategies like Bommal and for the Sand Devil. Vile Tongue hits four random targets with Provoke chances and gives her Block Damage, a nice combination against Kuldath the Magma Dragon.

Sucker Punch's Decrease ATK lands reasonably often once booked but only lasts one turn, so don't rely on it. Build her with Accuracy, Speed and DEF; Chimera is her worst mode.
