Is Deacon Armstrong good?
A Sacred Order Epic who pairs Turn Meter control with an AoE Decrease DEF. Time Compression pushes your team forward and the enemy back, then grants an Extra Turn that he spends on his AoE Decrease DEF, which makes him an ideal first mover in Arena and useful in dungeons, Doom 
Tower and some Clan Boss speed tunes.
Leech on his A1 is most useful against single bosses. He needs plenty of Speed and Accuracy.
