Is Dorothy Gale good?

A free login Legendary from Echoes of Oz and one of the strongest free champions yet. Her A3 steals and spreads all enemy buffs and stuns the whole team, and it fires on its own when she's revived. Her A1 and A2 bring Decrease DEF, Weaken and Decrease ACC, and her passive boosts her HP and SPD and gives her a free Ally Attack on death.

Every other Oz champion in the team unlocks more effects for her, and a 19% SPD aura in every battle rounds her out.

    Has a 75% chance of placing a 60% Decrease DEF debuff and a 50% Decrease ACC debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. Lvl. 2: Buff/Debuff chance +10% Lvl. 3: Buff/Debuff chance +15% Lvl. 4: Cooldown -1 Lvl. 5: Cooldown -1

  • FURIOUS TORNADO

    Ability 3 · Cooldown 6 turns

    Attacks all enemies. Steals all buffs from all enemies. Then applies a Buff Spread effect, taking all buffs from this Champion and placing them on all allies. Has a 75% chance to place a Stun debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. Oz Unity 1 Oz Ally:Cannot land a weak hit with this skill. 2 Oz Allies:This skill cannot be put on cooldown. 3 Oz Allies:This skill will ignore effects of any enemy Polymorph Blessings.     Ability 4

    Whenever this Champion is killed, all allies team up to attack the enemy that killed her. Whenever this Champion is revived, instantly activates her Furious Tornado skill. Increases this Champion’s HP by 3% for each ally turn taken, and increases this Champion’s SPD by 3% for each enemy turn taken (both stack up to 30%).
