Is Duchess Lilitu good?

A Demonspawn support Legendary who keeps teams alive with revives, Perfect Veil and AoE damage reduction. Shroud of Souls gives everyone Block Debuffs and Increase ATK and puts Perfect Veil on the other allies, which counters Hydra's Head of Torment and stops single-target focus.

Her passive cuts AoE damage taken by 25% (15% from bosses), and Spectral Rebirth revives every fallen ally with Veil and Continuous Heal. She's excellent in Hydra and strong in Chimera and Arena.
