A Sylvan Watchers epic with thin utility. Chain of Delusion puts Leech on the enemy team and her passive turns each Leech into a bit of extra SPD, while Silvern Slash has a modest chance at Decrease DEF.
Glimmer's random hits and random debuff extension make it hard to rely on. Clan Boss is her best area, but a starter like 
Ghrush gives you about as much.
