Is Fayne good?
A single-target damage dealer and debuffer who's at her best in Unkillable Clan Boss setups, since her low DEF stops mattering there. Flowing Style can land Decrease DEF and Weaken for three turns and heals her for each debuff on the target, and 
Flower's Tears adds two Poisons and Decrease ATK, so she raises team damage, cuts incoming damage and adds damage over time.
That works against single bosses like the Dragon as well. In regular Clan Boss teams she's hard to keep alive over a long fight, and Hydra and Arena are weak modes for her.
