Is Folan Silverhart good?
A Sylvan Watchers fusion damage dealer from the Web of Corruption event who's solid everywhere and best in Arena. A Son's Wrath lands Decrease DEF and Block Passive Skills on one target, spreads every debuff to the rest of the team and follows up with an AoE hit, which shuts off passives like 
Marichka's.
Bind & Break then hits harder for each debuff and goes through Unkillable and Block Damage, so Odin and 
Leorius don't stop him. His passive gets tankier with each Sylvan 
Watcher on the team and can turn weak hits into normal ones, which helps in bad affinity matchups.
