Is Hellfreak good?

A Demonspawn rare built around swapping HP with an enemy through Worst Nightmare, backed by a buff steal on Mind Games and a chance at Decrease DEF on Vile Blades. The swap only pays off after he's taken damage, and he isn't tanky, which makes him awkward to build for Arena.

Nogdar handles the HP swap job better. Faction Wars is where he's worth a slot, trading HP, stealing buffs and debuffing the boss.
