Is Herald good?

An Uncommon Knight Revenant with a simple kit that still does something. Unholy Grace gives all allies Increase C.RATE and comes back quickly enough to keep it running, and Doombolt has a small chance at the weaker Decrease SPD, which can help slow the boss in Faction Wars. Beyond that he's weak in every mode.
