Is Iudex Artor good?
A free Sacred Order legendary (handed out through the Community Weeks Reward Calendar in spring 2025) who does a lot for early and mid-game accounts. Incense of Inspiration gives the whole team Increase ATK and Strengthen with a small Turn Meter push, and his AoE A1 heals the team, so Provoke, Cursed or Stun sets fit him.
Revival Mandate brings one ally back and has them attack the weakest enemy right away, and if that attack kills, the revive's cooldown resets. He holds up later too, in Siege, Cursed City and Faction Wars Hard Mode, and he's even across Clan Boss, Hydra and Arena, with dungeons his weakest area.
