Is Luria good?
A crowd control epic for PvE progression and Faction Wars. Mark of Fear has a chance to Freeze every enemy, and anything it kills can't be revived. Her A3 strips all buffs from one target and adds Block Buffs, which works against buff-heavy bosses like Isheth and Tauraze in Grim Forest, and her A1 can land one of Decrease SPD, Decrease DEF or Heal Reduction, more often with Ally Attack or counterattack partners.
Clan Boss and Hydra aren't where she belongs.
