Is Lyssandra good?
A High Elves Legendary and one of the best Turn Meter controllers in the game. Energize speeds up and fills the Turn Meter of the whole team while pushing every enemy back, her A2 fully drains one target's meter, and her aura raises team SPD everywhere.
She's at her best in Arena and against Fire Knight and the Dark Fae. Her A1 moves her own debuffs onto the target, which can send Hex back to the Magma Dragon or Poisons back to Dragon.
